this is a case of  temporal lobe abscess complicating attico antral cholesteatoma
MRI  examination of the brain with contrast showing:
lt temporal lobe cystic space occupying lesion measuring 3x3 cm
with rig enhancement
lt soft tissue mass lesion in middle ear cleft suggesting cholesteatoma.
