Presented by: motor cycle trauma with eye lid cut wound which sutured by ophthalmologist and presented by flattening of malar eminence on lt side and depression on left lateral orbital wall and lt superior orbital wall and malocclusion.

Ct showing: Lt zmc (, zygomatico-frontal buttress fracture in two level with flail part on the lateral orbital wall, zygomatico-maxillary buttress fracture ) lead to comminuted and depressed zygoma.

Operation done: subciliary incion with lateral extension and fixation of inferior orbital wall fracture by micro plate and screws

Small frontal incision communicate with extended subciliary incision and fixation by microplate and screws and wires.

Sublabial incision and fixation of zygomatico-maxillary buttress fracture by y miniplate and screws
