Child male patient
6 years old had a car accident.
He had a fracture in the left zygomatic bone with fracture of the left orbital floor.
CT axial coronal and 3D done for the patient which show the fracture with herniation of the orbital fat from the floor to the maxillary sinus but without muscle entrapment.
Clinicaly, there is dystopia and enophthalmos of the left eye.
The patient will need surgical intervention to fix the zygoma and inferior orbital wall and putting a graft in the orbital floor ( calvarial graft, ship of bone from the skull or medpore or suprafoil).
