اعوجاج الحاجز الانفي وتضخم غضاريف ‏الانف

✳ إجراء عملية إستعدال لإنعواج خارجي بعظام وغضاريف وأرنبة الأنف.  تم إجراء استعدال لعظام الانف الخارجية ونحتها وتم عمل استعدال لأرنبة الأنف وتنسيق الفتحات ورفع المقدمة.

** مع إستعدال الحاجز الأنفي الداخلي وتقوية صمام الأنف لتحسين التنفس بعد العملية بواسطة المنظار من داخل الأنف.

** بدون ألم، بدون حشو ، بدون كدمات وتورمات، خروج في نفس يوم العملية ، رجوع للعمل بعد اسبوع من العملية

Patient with crooked nose which means deviation of the nose from the middle of the face to the right or left side

The deviation of the nose may affect the upper part of the nose and at this time the nasal bone is the part of the nose which deviate

Or the deviation may affect the lower part of the nose and here the deviated part is the nasal cartilage with the septum underneath it

The devation may affect the caudal or the inferior part of the nasal septum and may protrude from the nasal opening or the nostril and it  may deviate the columella with him. The columella is the nasal wall which sits in the middle of the nostril in basal view

The nasal structure from outside may be normal and straighten while the nasal septum is deviated from inside the nose

In most cases if the nose is crooked  from outside, there will be deviation of the septum from inside the nose and there will be difficulty of breathing or obstruction from the nose
