Right zygomatico-maxillary complex fracture ( ZMC ) with superior orbital wall fracture in male patient 10 years old, resulted from motor car accident.

The patient presented with dystopia and loss of right malar eminence and depressed right cheek. With difficulty in opening of mouth, because the down displaced zygoma impenge on the coronoid process of the mandible and restrict it's movement.

CT SCAN was performed and showed Right zygomatic fracture quadripode fracture at 4 point and displaced downword and inword with significant displacement. The superior orbital wall was also fractured but in place.

Mandible and the othe zygoma were normal. Cervical spine was stable. Extraocular movement was normal and the visual acuity wasnot changed.

The patient prepared for maxillofacial surgery for reduction and fixation of the zygoma.
