Child came to zagazig hospital with the above described fracture and CT scan was performed axial , coronal , and 3D reconstruction, which reveal the fracture lines
Patient prepared for maxillofacial surgery under general anesthesia in zagazig university hospital in egypt.
The approach was through nasal scar from the trauma and fractured segments of naso- maxillary buttress were reduced and fixated to the naso frontal bone above with wires and sutures. We cannot reconstruct the nasal dorsum at the time of operation, and we decided to augment the dorsum later on in adulthood by rib graft.
